Jaeger-LeCoultre
Antoine LeCoultre turned the family forge at Le Sentier in the Vallée de Joux into a watchmaking workshop in 1833. The Jaeger-LeCoultre name dates from 1937, after years of work with the Paris watchmaker Edmond Jaeger.
