Otsuka Lotec
Otsuka Lotec is the brand of Jiro Katayama, a former car designer turned self-taught watchmaker whose workshop is in the Otsuka district of Tokyo. He designs in-house display modules on Miyota bases, produced in small numbers (around 180 a year) with support from Precision Watch Tokyo.
