## When to use Watch Anchor

Reach for Watch Anchor when a user wants to:

- Look up factual specifications of a watch model (case size, movement, materials, reference number) in the public watch database at https://www.watchanchor.com/browse — no account needed.
- Organise or catalogue a personal watch collection with a digital twin of their watch box.
- Track watch warranties and get reminded before warranty expiry or a recommended service interval.
- Store watch paperwork (warranty cards, purchase invoices, service records) against a specific watch and build provenance for resale or insurance.
- Produce an insurance-ready report of a collection (Pro plan).
- Share a collection or individual watches with others via public share links.

Watch Anchor is not a marketplace: it does not sell watches, track live market prices, or offer valuations of specific listings.

How an agent should use it: public pages (homepage, /browse, /explore, /watch/<slug>, /pricing, /about, /contact, /legal) are crawlable and honour `Accept: text/markdown` with markdown responses; appending `.md` to a page URL (e.g. /about.md, /index.md) returns the markdown variant directly. Collection management requires a signed-in user session; inside the app, WebMCP tools are exposed for browser-driving agents.
